1. A £100 per week, non-refundable deposit secures booking. A £75 per week (refundable) damage waiver is required.
2. Full payment is due at the time of booking if less than 8 weeks before departure date.
3. Balances are due 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. Should your payment not reach us by the due date, we reserve the right to re-let the caravan.
4. The caravan bed mattresses are fitted with protective covers, please do not remove these during your stay.
5. Duvets and pillows are provided. Please bring your own linen and towels.
6. A travel cot or bed guard can be provided on request.
7. Strictly no smoking or pets.
8. We advise that you take out a personal insurance against cancellation or loss of belongings.
Park Rules:
9. We cannot accept bookings from groups of young people under the age of 18, nor can we accept single sex groups of any age.
10. Agree to keep noise at night to an absolute minimum.
11. Agree not to abuse the Park in any way and use the bins provided for litter at all times.
12. Agree to keep to the speed limit of 10mph at all times and to use the car parks where provided, and not to drive on the grass in wet conditions.
13. Agree to abide by the club regulations.
14. Agree to be bound by any relevant conditions of booking imposed by Haven Holidays which relate to use of the park and its facilities.
15. If any of the above conditions of booking are breached, then you may be asked to leave the park immediately without any prior notice.
