Our Devon Cliffs caravan is a 2 bedroom caravan sleeping 7 people with the bedroom layout being a twin room with an additional bunk, there is a facility to use the cot bed free of charge where available which attaches to the wall of one of the single beds. Then there's a double bedroom, with built in wardrobes and mirrors, also there is panel heating in the roof which means you get the benefit of having heating in the bedrooms, there is also a pull out double bed in the lounge.

The lounge has a gas fire, which a Tv-Combi and DVD, Freeview and a Hi-fi and a built in radio, there is a hoover for your use and an iron and ironing board (providing that no one has stolen them). The kitchen has the benefit of a fridge and seperate freezer, microwave and oven, all the kitchen utensils and cutlery. The bathroom has a sit in shower, toilet and sink and a heated towel rail, with constant hot water. Outside there is a table and chairs and a BBQ for your use and a lovely sea view.

From our caravan you can see what else is going on around the park. We do make the beds and supply linen in the cost of your holiday. We can make the beds and supply linen for your arrival at an extra cost please enquire for more details. We allow entry in to the caravan from 4pm to allow the cleaners to clean the van for your arrival, you must vacate the van before 10am. If you wish to gain entry by 2.00pm then there is an extra charge.

Terms and Conditions

1. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from: -

a) Groups of persons of all one sex. b) Groups under 21 years of age.

2. In order for us to clean and check the caravans, departures must be made before 10:00am on the day of departure.

3. Pets are allowed to stay in selected caravans.  We request that you do not smoke in any of our caravans.

4. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.

5. You agree to pay the balance due not less than 8 weeks prior to your arrival date otherwise the holiday will be readvertised and you will forfeit your deposit.

6. You will not be asked for a security deposit, but you must agree to pay for any damage, accidental, wilful or through neglect, caused to the caravan or its contents, including loss, caused by yourself or any member of my party. This does not include failure due to normal use.

7. Insurance: It is recommended that you purchase some form of Holiday Insurance from your local broker to cover your personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation/curtailment, personal and public liability etc. This type of cover is fairly standard and not too costly.

8. Children: Supervision of young children is strongly recommended during the use of Play Facilities and in the Swimming Pool area. Children under 8 years of age and those that cannot swim will not be permitted in the Swimming Pool unless supervised by an adult

9. Park Rules: Park Rules are displayed on Park. Please ensure that you and your party comply with these. Haven reserve the right to terminate a holiday without compensation, where the unreasonable behaviour of the persons named on the booking form or their guests might impair the enjoyment, comfort or health of other guests.   Only the people listed on the booking form can occupy your accommodation and use the facilities of the park.   If this legal requirement is not met your booking will be terminated and you will be asked to leave with no refund made.

10. Cancellation of your Holiday: If you have to cancel your holiday, you must notify us in writing. The date of cancellation is the day when we receive written notification. In the event of cancellation, a sliding scale of charges applies as laid out below. If you cancel more than 56 days (eight weeks) before your start date, then your deposit will be forfeit. If you cancel within 56 days (eight weeks) you will be liable for the following percentages of the total Holiday cost:

Cancel 56-42 days before holiday start date: 50% 

Cancel 41-21 days before holiday start date: 75% 

Cancel 20-day of arrival or later 100% 

11. Bedding: We supply duvets and pillows.  Guests are expected to provide their own sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases unless otherwise stated on the caravan advert page.  If you are unsure please ask.

12. Unforeseen Circumstances: Should the caravan become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a refund of all money received will be given. Alternative accommodation would be sought and if acceptable to the hirer this could be accepted as an alternative.

Facilities: As we do not own the park we do not take responsibility for any alteration to the facilities listed.
