Whilst every care has been taken to ensure that the details of this brochure are accurate at the time of printing, Hart Leisure cannot be held responsible for any omissions or alterations made by the Holiday Resort owners.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
HART LEISURE CONTRACT
The following terms and conditions (the ‘booking conditions’) will apply to your booking. The person who signs the booking form will be accepting the booking conditions on behalf of the holiday party. A contract between you and Hart Leisure will come into existence either (1) when we accept your booking form and deposit payment by issuing written confirmation of your booking, or (2) if you have made your booking by telephone, when we tell you on the telephone, or on line over the internet, that your booking is confirmed.
The Contract binds you and all members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the Contract set out in these terms and conditions of booking. Failure to disclose all relevant information, or comply with these terms, may lead to termination of the Contract and loss of the booking.
IF YOU CHANGE YOUR BOOKING
After you have paid your deposit, you may wish to change some elements of your holiday, eg. Names of persons in your party. If this is the case, you are required to contact us as soon as is possible, in order for us to amend your booking details. There will be no charge for this service.
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
Should you wish to cancel your holiday, please call Hart Leisure and we will advise you on the documentation we require to process your cancellation. Your cancellation must also be notified to us in writing. The written notification should be sent to us by recorded delivery, as your cancellation will not take effect until we receive the written confirmation. If we do not receive written confirmation of your cancellation before your holiday has commenced, no refund will be given.

Please note that the minimum charge is £90 per accommodation unit cancelled.
IF WE MAKE ANY MAJOR ALTERATIONS TO YOUR BOOKING
We try very hard to provide all facilities as advertised in our brochure. It may, however, be necessary to make some alterations in advance of your holiday. If such a change is necessary we will endeavour to advise you in writing as soon as possible.
IF WE CANCEL YOUR BOOKING
We will try very hard not to change the date or cancel your booking, but in exceptional circumstances this may be necessary. We will inform you of the change in date or cancellation as soon as possible and give you the option to change or cancel your holiday booking.
INSURANCE
Hart Leisure recommend that you seek insurance cover for the duration of your holiday period as we do not provide this service, and can accept no responsibility for accidents caused other than those liabilities covered by our own insurances.
BREAKAGES AND DAMAGE
All items in the caravan are the property of Hart Leisure and an Inventory is conducted prior to and after any holiday booking. If you find any breakages or damage upon your arrival, please notify Hart Leisure who will contact the site immediately and rectify any difficulties encountered. Alternatively, you can go to the site Reception who will be able to help you. If you damage or break any item please notify Reception in order that the fault can be dealt with to make your holiday stay as comfortable as possible.
BARBECUES
You may wish to have a barbecue next to the caravan and we ask that you observe all safety rules with regard to LPG and / or charcoal, and ensure that the barbecue is supervised by an appropriate adult at all times. Under no circumstances must the barbecue be left unattended at any time.
GAS
If you run out of gas, please notify reception who will arrange for a new supply. You will not be charged for this.
SITE RULES
Hart Leisure will not accept any responsibility for breach of site rules with regard to nuisance or noise, or any other breach. Please observe and respect site rules and dispose of waste in the appropriate refuse bins provided on site.
