This 3 bedroom caravan is ideal for family holidays, having a large balcony and a full length cot side for one of the single berths.

The main bedroom has a double bed, double wardrobe and cupboard space. There is also a dressing table. This bedroom has a wall mounted panel heater.
The two twin bedrooms have single beds in each, again with wardrobe and cupboard space. One single bed has a full length cot side which can be fitted if required. It  is large enough to take twins, one at each end. Both twin rooms have ceiling panel heaters.
The kitchen is fully kitted out with fridge, microwave, toaster and gas cooker. An iron and ironing board are also provided.
The dining area has fixed seating and stools around the table.
There is a TV in the lounge, with freeview and a DVD player. There also a stereo system. The lounge is very comfortable, with plenty of seating and a gas fire. The lounge door gives direct access to the balcony.  Outdoor table and chairs area also provided.
There is a seperate w.c and shower room.

Parking is alongside the caravan.

All duvets and pillows are provided. Guests need to bring all kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linen. Bed linen can be provided at an additional cost of £6 per bed.

Pets are not permitted in this caravan.

We request that the no smoking signs are respected. Regret that no all male/ female parties are permitted.
