This caravan offers easy access for disabled guests, but is not a purpose-built disabled caravan.

For a comfortable and more economic holiday this 3 bedroom, 8 berth caravan is ideal. One well behaved dog is also welcome. It is situated an easy walk to the entertainment complex and swimming pools. The walk to the cliff top beach access is 3 – 4 minutes down hill. The main bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, and again, wardrobe and cupboard space. The kitchen is very spacious and has a gas cooker, fridge, microwave and toaster. There is an open plan layout in this caravan which makes the living area very spacious. The dining area has fixed seating and stools, and is in a corner of the lounge. There is plenty of seating in the lounge area, with gas fire, combined TV/video and music centre. The windows face south and catch the sun nearly all day. There is a separate w.c. and shower room. Parking is just behind the caravan and there is a grass area outside of the doors. All duvets and pillows are provided. Guests need to bring all kitchen, bathroom and bedroom linen. Bed linen can be provided at an additional cost of £6 per bed. One dog is permitted in this caravan at no additional charge. We request that the no smoking signs are respected. Regret that no all male/ female parties are permitted.

Terms and conditions.

Please read, as all bookings made will be subject to these terms and conditions.

INSURANCE. It is recommended that you purchase holiday insurance to cover all personal possessions, cancellation/curtailment and travel expenses.

PETS. No pets are permitted in any caravan except dogs in the nominated dog friendly caravans. If pets are found in your caravan without prior agreement, you will be asked to leave and your holiday will be forfeited.

SMOKING. All caravans are no smoking zones as required by law. Guests are requested to smoke outside.

PARKING. Parking of cars is either alongside the caravan, in a designated area near the caravan or in the park carparks. The site speed limit is 10 miles per hour and all cars must be taxed, insured and roadworthy.

BOOKINGS. Your booking will be treated as provisional and held for 10 working days pending receipt of deposit. If the deposit is not received and alternative arrangements have not been made, the holiday will be re-advertised. All deposits are non-refundable. The balance is due eight weeks before the holiday commences, unless other arrangements have been made. If the holiday is booked withing eight weeks of the start date, then payment is required in full.

CANCELLATION. Cancellation must be notified in writing and the date of receipt of the written cancellation will be deemed as the date of cancellation. If you cancel more than eight weeks before the start of your holiday, you will only lose your deposit. If you cancel 56 - 42 days defore the start date of your holiday you will lose your deposit and 40% of the holiday cost, if you cancel 41 - 21 days before the start date of your holiday you will lose your deposit and 60% of the holiday cost, if you cancel within 20 days of the start date of your holiday you will lose 100% of the cost.

BEDDING. All caravans are equipped with duvets and pillows.

NO BOOKINGS ARE PERMITTED FROM SINGLE SEX PARTIES, OR GROUPS WHERE ALL OCCUPANTS ARE UNDER THE AGE OF 21.

THE HIRER OF THE CARAVAN MUST BE OVER THE AGE OF 21 AND MUST OCCUPY THE CARAVAN FOR THE DURATION OF THE HOLIDAY UNLESS BY PRIOR ARRANGEMENT WITH DEVON CLIFFS HOLIDAYS THIS IS WAIVED.
