1. When you book, an online payment is made via ‘Smartbookers’ to secure your booking.
I will contact you via e-mail asap to thank & confirm your booking.
Then a receipt from ‘Bay View Caravans’ will be E mailed to you.
I will direct you to an online booking form which I will need you to print off, complete & sign after reading our T’s & C’s, first.
On a ‘Late booking’ I would expect YOU to contact me by phone asap, to arrange priority paperwork – please. 01773 819792.
A Late booking would require full payment via ‘Smartbookers’.
Not including Park passes which you would have to purchase on arrival. (If required)
2 .Final full payments. Required 8 weeks prior to your holiday date - please
Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to Mr. P. Eaton and the envelope addressed to Peter Eaton (BVC). Cash payments must be sent by registered post as no responsibility can be accepted for loss.
Final payments may be made online (details would be given). Subject to a 2.5 % admin charge.
Park passes. These are not included in the holiday price & if required a cheque if required for the required amount & made payable to ‘Bourne Leisure Ltd’. These will then be available on your arrival. Alternatively (though not preferred by Haven) passes may be purchased on your arrival from reception. It is not a requirement to have the passes for your holiday,
3. On receiving your payments a key release form & Park details will be returned to you by Post.
4. Should you book 8 weeks or less from the date of the holiday the full amount will be due immediately unless prior arrangements have been made with us.
5. Please ensure that you complete the booking form accurately, as failure to do so could result in you forfeiting your holiday.
6, i, The caravan has bed mattresses & pillows fitted with protective covers, please do not remove these during your stay.
ii, For safety & other holidaymakers the caravans are non-smoking please.
iii, No Pets are allowed in any of our Devon Cliffs caravans except Gorse Hill 1 or Spruces 128 & now Sunset View 41 with prior notice, & payments.
7 We offer to holidaymakers a Bed Linen Hire Service as from 2005. Details on request.
CONDITIONS OF HIRE - (combined park rules)
1. We regret that we are unable to accept bookings from :-
a) Groups of single sex. b) Groups under 21 years of age.
2. Devon Cliffs is a family holiday park and anyone whose unreasonable conduct causes a nuisance to any other persons on the parks will be asked to leave.
3. In order for us to clean and check the caravans, departures must be made before 10am on the day of departure and no keys will be released before 3pm on the day of arrival. Car may be parked in caravan 'pullin' after 11 o'clock.
4. The caravan must be left in a clean and tidy condition. The hirer is responsible for all members of the party and must make good any losses, breakage, or damage done to the caravan or its contents during their stay.
5. Should accommodation booked become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control a full refund will be given.
Changes to Bookings
Should the situation arise that you whish to change your holiday booking (subject to availability) or to add extra members to your party an administration charge of £15 will be required.
EARLY ARRIVAL’S - Devon Cliffs
In 2003 we have had many requests from holidaymakers to have the caravan keys early. The caravans are vacated at the latest 10 o’clock. The contract cleaners have many caravans to clean in the morning and cannot guarantee entry till 3 pm. 2004 we can offer two extra options :-
i, entry at 10.10 hrs but the caravan would not be cleaned by us!
ii, priority cleaning which has your caravan cleaned ready first (11.15 hrs)– extra £20.
If either of these two options is required, this MUST be arranged in advance with us.
HOLIDAY CANCELLATION
If due to illness, injury or accident you are unable to take your holiday you must advise us immediately by telephone and we will correct Haven emergency records.
We recommend holiday insurance from your local broker, to cover personal luggage, personal money, holiday cancellation, personal and public liability etc.
No monies will be returned for cancellations.
CONDITIONS
- In the case of any dispute our decision is final.
Please note we do not own the caravan Park and therefore cannot accept liability for alterations to the facilities from those advertised. We also have no connection with Haven (The Bourne Leisure Group) other than we own or act as letting agents for caravans sited on their major UK Holiday Parks.
Note
Please, remember to take your own bed linen (or our Hire Service) & toiletries.
