From the lounge you have direct access onto the Balcony. There is a Television, Freeveiw, Video, DVD player and Radio, CD player, Radio and Tape. Gas fire for heating. The Dining area has table with fixed seating round.
The Kitchen is fully fitted with Gas Cooker, Fridge/Freezer, Microwave, Kettle, Filter Coffee Machine, Toaster and Iron / Ironing Board There are plenty of cupboards and work space. Please provide all kitchen linen.
The Double Bedroom is well laid out with good wardrobes and cupboard space.
The second Bedroom has twin beds with cupboards and wardrobe
The third Bedroom has bunk L beds with cupboards and wardrobe
The Bathroom has a full size shower and wash basin with W.C
All bed linen is provided.
Towels, kitchen cloths ets are not provided
Parking is alongside caravan.
No Pets are permitted, nor all male or all female groups
We request that there is no Smoking inside the caravan
